Formed in 2020 during the isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic, Blindlove quickly emerged as a powerful new voice in alternative rock. The band broke through early with their Top 40 alternative radio hit “I Wanna Be Okay,” setting the tone for a career built on emotional honesty, heavy guitars, and unfiltered vulnerability. Since then, Blindlove has amassed over 6 million Spotify streams in 2025 alone as a fully independent band, alongside viral success on TikTok that has helped introduce their music to a global audience.
Broken Heart Syndrome represents a defining moment for the band. Entirely self-produced, mixed, and mastered, the album is a raw exploration of trauma, healing, and the long-term impact of emotional pain that often remains buried beneath the surface. It is an album for those navigating their own healing, and a reminder that pain acknowledged can become pain transformed.
Blindlove’s momentum has carried them onto stages alongside genre-defining acts such as The Used, Sleeping With Sirens, Blue October, and The Struts, earning a reputation for emotionally charged live performances that translate vulnerability into community.
